How much snow has to fall for a crew to be dispatched?
We begin our routes when there is an average of 4 inches of snow on the ground in our service area, and we prioritize early-morning removal.
What time will my driveway be cleared?
We start our routes very early in the morning. The amount of time it takes to move through our routes varies based on the amount of snowfall (more snow = longer route times). Fortunately, live tracking is available for all of our routes so you can see how far away your operator is.
How do I know if my operator has started their route?
We recommend checking your client portal for live tracking of your operator.
